HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
We deliver on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm - 9pm to your home in selected areas. We also deliver on Monday and Wednesday mornings between 9am - 10am to your workplace in Brisbane CBD. To be eligible for delivery you must order a minimum of 4 juices, otherwise they will need to be collected by you.
If you have ordered a juice cleanse, it will be delivered in multiple instalments to ensure the freshest product possible.

CAN I PICK UP MY JUICES?Pick up is available from Sherwood and is strictly from 6:30pm - 9pm on delivery days. If you have purchased a juice cleanse online & specified a pick up, you will only be able to pick up 2 day's worth of your cleanse due to the short shelf life of our product. You will need to collect twice/three times, depending on the length of your cleanse.
CAN I GET A REFUND?All fresh produce is purchased after receiving your order, therefore if you want to cancel we can only refund you 50%.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?Due to the freshness and perishability of our products, you need to be home when they are delivered. If you live in an apartment building with a locked gate you need to ensure you’re out the front for collection. If not, the products will be left there at your own risk. Juices must be refrigerated as soon as possible.
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?If the product is purchased via online and is spoilt, Organic Aura takes no responsibility for refunding. The customer accepts responsibility when purchasing the product that they are highly perishable and must be refrigerated after delivery.
ARE ORGANIC AURA JUICES ORGANIC?Yes. We believe no one should consume pesticides and chemicals, so our promise to you is that our juices are 100% organic.
WHY DOES THE JUICE SOMETIMES LOOK OR TASTE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT?Our juices are handcrafted individually using organic produce. Depending on the growing season, produce has varying amounts of antioxidants and enzymes, which in turn cause changes in colour and taste. We use seasonal produce which means if an ingredient is not available we will replace it or leave it out - this also changes the colour and taste.
HOW DO I STORE THE JUICE?Always store the juice in the fridge.
HOW LONG DOES THE JUICE LAST?Because our juices are raw and organic, they don’t last as long as juices which have been processed. As long as they are stored properly, they will last up to 72 hours. We recommend checking the back label for exact expiration date.
HOW QUICKLY SHOULD I DRINK THE JUICE?Never gulp your juice down or drink it too quickly. Take your time sipping your juice and even swirl it around from time to time in your mouth before swallowing. This activates your digestive enzymes and will help the juice digest more efficiently. Enjoy drinking your juice in a relaxed environment.
WHY DOES THE JUICE SEPARATE?This settling process is natural, and because our juices have no additives, this is totally normal. Give the juice a good shake before drinking!
CAN I EXERCISE WHILE JUICE CLEANSING?Yes you can! It is important to listen to your body though as there will probably be times when it is not suitable to exercise, like when you’re not feeling great and experiencing lots of detoxification symptoms. It’s important to relax and rest at this time. Otherwise, if you’re feeling vibrant and energised then you can definitely exercise. I find lighter, more gentle exercises like walking, yoga and light weights complements cleanses perfectly. A juice cleanse is a time of healing, so it can be beneficial to take it easier than you normally would if you have an intense exercise routine, so that your body can continue to focus on cleansing rather than working out.
WHAT ABOUT FAT AND PROTEIN?Fatty acid deficiency is not likely to be an issue. This is partly because our bodies store fat soluble vitamins and fatty acids easily in the body. With weight loss and exercise, we also release stored fats into the bloodstream making these building blocks available to the body for important use, which is why staying active during your cleanse is important. If you’re worried about protein, remember that all fruits and vegetables contain fat and protein and that we don’t need as much of it as we’re led to believe.
WHAT IF I EXPERIENCE FOOD CRAVINGS?It is normal to have cravings for certain foods during a cleanse and this can happen for a few reasons. First it can be due to the fact that you’re simply used to eating at certain times of the day. So when that time comes around, your body and mind are expecting food and this triggers a craving. Drinking some juice or simply allowing 15 minutes or so for the craving to pass, works fine. You have a particular gut flora ratio in your stomach due to your diet and lifestlye, and most people have a high amount of bad bacteria which crave particular food. You are more likely to crave certain foods when you are tense or stressed out, and yoga can help relieve that tension. Simple poses like a forward bend can release tension in the lower back and neck, leading to relaxation during your natural body cleanse. Meditating and deep breathing will allow you to still your mind and locate the emotion that is causing you to crave, or pinpoint the circumstance that sets off your cravings. Also, your body will be releasing excess fat, salt and protein into your bloodstream during the cleanse, and when this happens you will often crave that which your body is releasing. You may even experience a craving for a particular food like your favourite potato chips and chocolate ice cream, and this is usually triggered by an old stored up emotion being released from your cells which relates to a point in time when you ate that food. Remind yourself why you’re doing this cleanse, the benefits you’re looking to gain, and once your body rids itself of those excess toxins, the cravings will dissipate. Drinking more water and more juice will also help.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEANSE?In the toxic world we live in today, it is important to do a cleanse every few months. Another general rule of thumb is whenever you start to experience that foggy fatigue/general lack of energy, have difficulty bouncing out of bed in the morning and are experiencing digestive problems. You may wish to consider a regular cleanse day during the week [or month] to allow your body the rest and recovery time it needs to maintain optimum health.
WHY DON’T YOU INCLUDE NUT MILKS?
Nuts milks are high in fat, and when you consume fat it slows down the natural cleansing process of the body. I have designed the Organic Aura juice cleanses to help you achieve optimal detoxification so you can reap the health benefits faster.
I’M CONSTIPATED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?When we stop putting solid food into our bodies, the digestive system naturally slows down and sometimes this can mean more difficulty going to the toilet for some people. The bowels can become overwhelmed with the excess waste the cleanse is stirring up and may slow to a stop. Also, if caffeine is normally a habit for you, your bowels may be dependent on it, as caffeine is a stimulant to the bowels. It’s important to keep your bowels moving to prevent toxins being reabsorbed into the bloodstream. Administering an enema at home is a gentle and an efficient way to flush waste out of the colon and get things moving. Booking in for a professional, gravity-fed colonic is another great option. This is like an internal bath for your colon, reducing constipation and supporting overall digestive function.
I have diarrhoea, what should I do?
While some may experience constipation, others can go the other way and experience runny bowel movements. There is no need to be alarmed. Flooding your body with an abundance of nutrients from raw organic juices enhances the detoxification process and gets things moving! Be grateful that the toxins are leaving your body and relax, as it shouldn’t last too long.
CAN I TAKE MY NORMAL PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION WHILE CLEANSING?Yes. Do not stop taking any prescribed medication, and always check with your healthcare professional before beginning a juice cleanse if you have any health concerns.
CAN I EXCHANGE GOODS OR GET A REFUND?
We understand buying clothes online can be tricky, so we do accept refunds. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly offer you a refund, or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods (excluding freight charges). If you opt for a refund, this will be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase (excluding freight charges).
It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they left the In The Soulshine warehouse. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from www.inthesoulshine.com. If either of these 2 conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund, credit or exchange unless the item(s) are faulty.
